Located in Downtown Minot along Main Street, The Sensible Office- An Individualized Alternative, located at 12 South Main Street, offers a variety of office layouts suited to your business needs. We lease spaces as small as 110 square feet and as large as 320 square feet. There is a one-year minimum contract lease for as low as $500 and no more than $650 monthly. All utilities, internet, janitorial, maintenance, and additional cabinet storage are free of charge (based on availability). A shared conference/break area is free of use for all tenants, renting the main floor level on a pre-determined time-shared basis. A secondary mini-break area is also available, and additional bathrooms are in the office area if the conference room is being used.
